Wife made this today...it's fricken amazing!!! Thanks for posting!!

She started a tradition with our 9yr old called "soup sunday", some have been hits, like this soup, and other's got pitched straight away..but it's giving them something to do together that counts.

It's great just FOLLOW the recipe. With the other liquids it really just acts like a thickener. With out it it would be way to runny like water.
