It's a 4x4. ZR2 are too wide.

I made my list longer and shorter today.

I'm down to:
1. Install driveline (when it's done)
2. Add gear oil
3. Change front springs
4. Bleed brakes

Then I added fluid to bleed brakes and found a broken hard line on the axle so:

4. Rebuild hard lines
5. Bleed brakes

Did you upgrade joint size? I plan to go 1350 on my Monte when I do my 6 speed swap to compliment the 8.5 i have out back. I did the same on my Blazer and have no complaints with the 4 inch aluminum shaft in it.

Today I got the driveline in and the brakes done.

Ran into a snag with the driver axle, someone must've beat it with a hammer the center hub is mushroomed and so the wheel won't go on that side.

Not upgrading those yet. Just the stocks.

And we are back on the ground.

Now I just have to finish my front spring change.

Almost ready for Turbo Thunder at Woodburn this weekend.

Got the truck working pretty good. Ran my best on wastegate mph ever, good 60ft on low rpm. Gonna leave it here for the brackets. I'm sure I'll lose first round and then I can go to the TnT lanes and turn up.

Now that I think about it, that's the best ET on gate ever too.
