Default Income/Dividend Stocks & REIT's

I've noticed a few posts regarding retirement and income needed to sustain a nice retirement.
I'll be retiring in a few months from my job of 20 years. I plan on working still, but at my own leisure. I have a 401k, Roth IRA and an annuity + pension from my job.
I would like to supplement my retirement by starting a stock portfolio of dividend stocks, high yield ETF's and REIT's.

I know there are some real investment gurus in here. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable, I would love this thread to be a valuable source of information to those who may not be as savvy. I think we can all gain from this.

I have been looking into the following investments:
RYLD
QYLD
O
SBRA
GEO
CXW
SDIV
CVE
and Dividend Aristocrats

The only way we'll gain from this is if you give us the routing numbers to your accounts.

Chimera CIM has been one of my favorites over the last 5 years. It was spun off from Annaly NLY which I also own. It's done well also, but not as well as CIM.

Not much of a dividend stock but you might also consider Mastercard. Up over 35% in the last year and it's been consistent year over year.

Duke, P&G, Dominion Energy, PepsiCo,

Let them DRiP and compound. Don't look at the stock price but buy low if you can.

You can also do S&P 500 ETF like Vangaurd's different choices.

While you won't be getting huge gains, it will be a steady source of income.
