Default Elephant Parts Ban Lifted

So Trump secretly passed a bill that allows elephant parts to be brought into the U.S. , for his trophy hunting pals including his son?
Further endangering the magnificent animal!!!!
Perhaps he should send his eunich son to Afganistan, so he can bag all the ISIS trophys that he can.......

Trump is a loser, plain and simple.

They're going to consider permits on a case-by-case basis. It doesn't just let anyone bring anything in. At least not yet. We'll have to see how they handle it. Trump openly opposed reversing the ban very recently. As recently as March 1, I think.

Even his tweet said there was a big decision coming, but he didn't see how it would help conservation, or something similar. It wasn't exactly secret. He's been talking about it.

The bans increase poaching, not the other way around. No one kills a golden goose, unless you cant take the eggs it lays on a regular basis

Do you feel the same way about feral hogs? Pythons in the everglades? Deer, Elk, Moose, Bears, Coyotes, Wolves etc?

"Wonderful" seems to be subjective.

They're all just animals.

Is an animals life worth more than the other because they make you happier for some reason?

That doesn’t have an effect on how many animals are legally taken. The amount of animals legally taken will stay the same based upon what the wildlife biologists say can be taken and keep the population healthy.
