Have you tried increasing the Dwell Time to 5.0 msec?

the harness for the coils did you make it? And the power wire for the coils, how is that wired up? What gauge, any relays or fuses?

I ran the ecu power directly to the battery. It made no differance. I guess tonight I'll ground the coils directly to the heads and run an engine ground directly to the battery. At that point I'm out of ideas besides sending the box to holley to be tested?

After all this troubleshooting I think I finally found the problem in the tune. My inductive delay was somehow set to 1847 or something like that. No idea how it ever got that high, I don't remember ever adjusting at all when setting my ignition parameters up. I moved it to 120 and everything seems fine.

That's because the Inductive Delay can't be "adjusted" when initially setting up the Ignition Parameters!
The Inductive Delay is checked by momentarily revving the engine (4000 RPM), while using a timing light.

Is this a random guess, or did you actually adjust it?

It was a random guess then I verified with a timing light that it was stable when revving

Ground your coils to something other than valve covers.

I've seen people do it and then hate that decision.

I had a blow thru carb for years and I can make it work. Not as well as efi though, that's for sure. Then when you add the fact that a standalone meth wideband costs as much as an hp efi setup it wouldn't make sense.
