He did and the surgery was successful. Meaning the nerves and tendons were repaired and he will have full use (and feeling) in that finger/hand. I worked for an orthopedic surgical clinic for several years, its amazing what they can do.
that just seems amazing to me. to think of all the nerve endings & tendons & muscle & everything in there to make it all (or most of it) work again. wow.......
I gotta wonder how sensitive it would be to pain. I cut a good chunk out of my thumb & its very sensitive to pain. scar tissue kind of sensitive. if I touch it wrong it hurts quite a bit.
