Guys what should a freind of mine expect if i swap the lq9 heads to the allpro's 230 cc as cast-
its a 402 at the moment with lq9 at 64 cc with a 236/236 @110
with around the 4000 pound mark with him in it
last time he had it on a chasis dyno it put out 415-425 rwhp which i thought was pretty lazy from a 402 with 10.5-1 comp- with a 3500 convertor and a 4l60e trans....
on my dyno it would read 10-15 rwhp less...
i dont know the headgasket thickness and comp height as i did not do the engine...
he is also telling me that even porting the allpro's is not a problem
i told him the allpros would shit on the lq9's in the proper hand-
i also thought that and told him more cam is needed-
i am open to idea's on the people who have done some allpro heads or know how they react-
Thanks
