Very cool thread. I wish I had something to contribute, but I don't. However I do appreciate the ones that have.

There was a strip just outside Pittsburgh, PA my dad used to race at they shut down, I believe it was called P.I.D. We used to ride our Dirt bikes to it all the time, can't find anything on it.

Found it.. It's on the old Campbell Airport property west of the Route 50 & Route 978 intersection.

Looks like from google earth you can get to it from Maude Mine rd in Cuddy, Pa.. Be cool if someone in the area could get some pics of these places as they look today.

East of colorado springs just past Petersen AFB is an old 1/8 mile and roundy round track.

In Denver there is century 21 Right next to I-70 and Colfax east of town.

Rocky Mountain Dragway is at 88th and Tower rd. It was made into a road course and dirt track but all of them are closed now.

South of Castle Rock on the West side of I-25 was CDR.

There use to be one on the north west corner of 35W and Hwy10 here in Minnesota. It was just east of Anoka County Airpirt (Janes Field). I believe it was called I35 dragway or something like that. The grounds are now Mayflower movers and Medtronic. The tower was there up until about 5-6 years ago... I would guess they closed in the early 70's.

Cant find any pictures after googling it.
