Default Transmission for turbo combo

I am switching from nitrous to a turbo combination and was wondering what transmission works the best. I currently use a turbo 400 and was wondering if this will still work with new combination. The car is a 10.5 car and the engine is going to utilize a single 106mm turbo thanks

I think the 400 can work and will work depending on hows its constructed. The glide is by far the most commonly used transmission with the turbo combinations so far.

What is the big advantage to using the powerglide instead of a 400???? What about in a heavier car???

Thanks...

You keepin your TH400 Monty????
