can of cream of chicken soup 12 oz
can of chicken (large can)
bar of cream cheese
cup of jalapenos chopped with juice
2 cups of chedder cheese
mix all together and microwave or bake till hot
If you have a small crock pot use that it is best while hot.

There are a lot of people that like the taste of any hot pepper but don't like the burn. My wife is one of them. The sensitivity thing is real. Her lips will be red and swollen, looking like Clarabelle the clown. Nose runs tears come and the legitimacy of birth of the chef is questioned.
Some of the things you can do, is clean the seeds and inner membrane out, place them in boiling water for just a few minutes and pour off water with some of the oil that was in the pepper. If still a problem, mix green pepper in to reduce heat. If still a problem get small cans of green chillies and mix with green pepper. There is a degree of hot that suits about everyone, but my wife. Her nose and eyes will run even with fresh ground black or white pepper.
The older I get, the less I know for sure.
The world would be a better place, if everyone took chill pills. It would even be better if some choked on them.
