Maybe they want to make sure you'll be back to have them refresh your motor? lol

If I wanted to argue with Steve Petty, I'd skip his little nut-hugger and call him directly. I am not arguing for or against them I'm just pointing out that you don't know squat. Petty is cool but you are a dolt.

I know enough to listen to someone like Petty, skinny kid, and spetter.

So, why would skinny kid say that? Why would skinny kid not run one?

Why would spetter tune an engine that wasnt setup optimally?

Why wouldnt personett run one? Surely, harry from precision, meaney, and himself would know that its necessary?

I've never seen someone argue so much about something they don't even have the slightest bit of understanding about. "But he said that..."

I guess if there weren't consumers like you that follow advice blindly then companies would be making a whole lot less money. You sound like a parrot repeating everything you hear.

They have more understanding than you and i both.

So, why are you arguing? You sit here and act like youve built race engines, tuned race engines, and have actually gone fast. Im not aware of you doing any of the above though? You question my experience, where is yours? Surely, you have a high hp application or have experience with one similar to what is being asked about here?

I asked them for advice, and i took it. Just like marshall is asking for advice here.

Here's what I learned from this thread:
We need to get Spetter, Skinny Kid, and Petty to tell JG to stop posting on yb.com.

Still waiting to hear about your experience with a pump in ANY high horsepower application.

Only if that company is Proline but make sure you get consensus with Skinny Kid and Spetter before submitting the order.

Either you have a ton of experience and its going to take you awhile to type it, or none at all. Surely you have more then Petty, skinny kid, and spetter?

well to somewhat agree with the lil douche bag, we run a 5 stage drysump, im sure it pulls vaccum but who knows. only thing we did find out about 4 years ago is not to cheap out with a single stage pump, not good on a SBF

Stock block, head, crank LS1 at 3450 lbs on DOT tires:
http://videos.streetfire.net/video/T...best_75374.htm

No vacuum pump on that one. New motor/car has a vacuum pump.
