Default Stock Short Block 5.0 in the 10's

Still working on the tune, weight, and improving the car in general but this is the personal best thus far. Hoping to gun for the 9's and deeper next season.

Thanks!

You might laugh at it. I was working on a budget .

The combo in this video is obviously stock block, stock pistons-rods-and-crank (in fact I've never pulled the oil pan off this car); no girdles, untouched gt40p heads, Parker funnel web, CSU E85 blow-thru, Trick Flow Stage 1 cam, ebay t70 turbo, AOD w/4r internals and alto reds/kolene steels, and 28" tire.

It was stalling around 3700... to be honest it felt like the car was leaving a tad on the lazy side. I'm curious to see what it does when I pour on more boost this season...

I'd like to run the NDAcut stock block ordeal but I don't know that my car is that serious yet. Currently lack of money for travel keeps me pretty well barred to my midwestern area. The car will not be trailered to my track outings this year if I can help it... ^_^

My car will almost be identical. Are you running a trans brake? I have a stock block with a 67mm turbo and c4 trans with a brake and 327 gears.

Congrats, Im supprised they let you run next to the bike. Have a few I would love to run but was told at Cordova that you cant run a car and bike together.

Yeah, surprisingly enough the car spun like mad off the foot brake... I didn't understand it... Your car should make a faster pass than mine considering the c4... although you may be limited on power depending on your exhaust housing. You will be in the 10's easy with a good tune/short time.

Yeah, there at Muncie they're pretty lenient. They won't let you run a bike at Test and Tune, but this was at a quick-silver's track rental. They really don't seem to care what you do on a rental day.
