Default Some progress on SBF Xtrim vortech streetcar

Made some progress with my buddy Nicks NMRA true street build, 445ci SBF 9.25:1 with trick flow R heads, vortech v24 Xtrim, solid roller by "Freezy" Brian F. - started tuning on the dyno - so far only ran it to 7000rpms and it was still climbing, air fuel is still fat on this pull @ 10.8-11.0 but 2nd pull slowly creeping up on timing and fuel curve. Saw 21# peak which i am guessing is max pressure the blower will see maybe 22# but the motor is eating it up, we have a XX volute to swap to and a Ztrim we might also try. I am figuring it will peak with the Xtrim @ 1175 when said and done playing with this tune and putting some ice in the intercooler instead warm water but we want to mimic what will be in there for 2nd and 3rd true street passes. Air inlet temps were @90 deg. on 2 pulls. Thought you guys like to see what the old little Xtrim is making compared to the Xi and XB stuff >> Will keep updated as we go - Made 1075 rwhp@ 7000rpm with 800# Tq - Also thanks to some members on here for their parts that you might see, all worked great - Brian Freezy for the cam grind, Bob Kurgan for the badass crank Brace, Unleashed for the great master relay panel, and Chiseled for the intercooler tank and a/w stuff, George@Accufab for the headers and throttle body, and many others!

let us know how it runs at the track.. i dynoed a little SBF with a YSi and E85 when i was up in Sacremento a month ago on a dynocomm and it made 1015rwhp... im a little skeptical of the dyno #s they put out.. at 1074rwhp, it should run 5.0s @ 3350lbs ( we ran 5.15 with the ysi and 1020rwhp on my dynojet)... keep us informed!
