If your looking for more then a VJ then call allpro or WCCH. West coast cylinder heads. They are in california and have some really good running heads.

I already talked to Richard at WCCH...he may be doing the work but doesn't offer a port program on the earlier gen 15 degree heads.

I'll have to look into them as well. The problem is most people who offer a program for these heads offer it for the newer style casting. This is the older stuff which is already archaic from just a few years ago. Any reputable shop should be able to put these things well over 300cfm with a valvejob. That and the fact that they have a very thick deck are big pluses for my FI build. If I ever decide to go all out I'll send them to somebody for a full port job or just sell them and get their 12 degree offerings.

i'm not trying to change the world, just trying to go fast in a streetcar.

Marty- i think the main thing with these ls1 heads is not the cfm-most shops and internet shops will say on their websites that these flow this amount of numbers-

i think airspeed rules-i have a very low cfm reading on my ls1 heads-but it makes more power/torque- then all my freinds with their big dollar cfm bought heads-

from what i have seen these ls1 heads react very well with air-speed not just cfm numbers-.

Yeah I'll give W2W a ring. I think they might be the only people with a program for these heads.

I doubt W2W would have a program. they don't even own a 5axis machine that I have ever seen and I have been there a few times. You best bet if thinking is going in that direction would be to call CFE. they do alot of porting for companies like Ktech and W2W.
