Default Wheel sizes for '69 Nova?

What are the biggest wheels we can fit on our Project Nova? It has a stock length rearend and stock wheel tubs. I did search but came up with nothing.

Same as the camaro and firebird ... isnt it.I think they look good with the bulg and how they fill the wheel well completely.

I ran a 15x8 with 4.5 BS on my 72 nova, 8.5 inch 10 bolt stock rear length and mananged to fit a 29.5x10.5 MT slick on it at stock ride height. I did roll the lips on the fender though and it was a tight fit but it worked. Only rubbed on the inside when I turned off the track. I ran a 15x10 rim with 5.5 bs when I ran the 26x8.5 tires.

Great info thanks guys!

I think I want to hijack this thread though and ask about the GM 10-bolt rear. Isn't there two different sizes of ring gears that came with these? 8.2 and 8.5?
