Exactly........

Oh and once y'all fired it up and realized it only had 35psi.... what, nobody noticed the contents of the oil pan on the fucking shop floor

Something don't add up here, sorry.

Yeti/best post

usually the jobs you do for free or close to it bite you in the as .

Havent read the whole thread but did the actual owner of the motor ever show up here?

Would have been best if he posted....or just sucked it up and waited for Monty

Almost NO builder will make an offer of goodwill, warranty or anything else on a race motor especially one thats been problem prone and patched back together. Everyones Fd no matter what happens. Sucks doing (and paying) things over 3 times but sometimes it happens to get it right. Weve all been there
thew owner dont play this internet bullshit im sure they will handle this when they see the other party those boys love fighting good luck

This just gets stupider and stupider.

What idiot primes an engine and doesn’t look at the oil pressure gauge? What idiot says he primed an engine and saw no oil pressure and still fired the engine up anyway?

This is a prank story. Nobody is this stupid.

Anybody in this thread slaps anybody else in this thread is only going to have a shit covered hand for their trouble. This is a prank. This so-called junk engine is going to kick some serious booty this weekend, you wait and see.

No oil pressure gauges? Brave man you are

Im sorry but if I was the owner and I was spending the money Id be up someones ass, on the web whatever it took to resolve this.

No shop stops for one customer.

Last one I did they ran out of money...did some favors....they wanted more. Guess what I dropped it off at another shop where it has sat for 2 yrs!! No $ no work

Finally decided to have one professionally done myself, didnt work out. Twice!
So you DIY. Thats life my friend.

No race shop will warranty anything, lucky he had enough class to man up and offer but meet the guy halfway and let him at least.
It wasnt ideal for you guys (timewise) but better than nothing

havent read the whole thread but if he fixed it sure it will be fine
