Default Detomaso Pantera with 5.0 Coyote Motor Build

Here is a project I started. I was going to keep the car but im liquidating my collection to just 3-4 cars that I can handle and have time to work on. So I have it sold to a guy in FL.
I put a Coyote motor in it and then took it to stainless works and they are doing 180 degree headers and exhaust on it. The exhaust will exit in the factory spots under the car and right after the collectors the mid pipes will 180 and holes will be cut just behind shock towers in the inner tin and will exit threw those holes to back under by the suspension and then come out the rear of the car in the factory spots with a custom muffler and twin tips. Most 180 degree cars exit out the rear ac panel on these cars and I had planned on keeping the a/c and really don't care for the look. This set up should give the car the 180 sound with the factory style apperance in the rear. 7750rpms, 180 degree heads and a 4.22 rear gear outta make this thing sound great and run like a raped ape with about 400rwhp.

I'll post up pics next week when they get the rest of the exhaust done.

very interesting setup with the exhaust is it just me or do you have 2 pipes from each bank in each of the collectors? seems like a different idea for sure

Yes on a 180degree header set up 2 tubes from each side x over into opposite collectors. Then there is always an exhaust pulse following an exhaust pulse versus a standard header set up there is a skip. Its a very unique sound! Search it on the net and you'll find videos 2 listen 2.

This car is a 32000mile 74GTS that I have had since I was 20. They only imported like 115 of these models. It outta be much funner now
