Arrow Kuntz 20* T1XRR brodix head

Any one running these? Any input? Thinking of building a 434 SBF with NOS and use these heads.

link to a thread on here about them

Very good head... As far as 20* heads go that's the king!

What have these heads made for power N/A etc. Can this head support over 800hp N/A on a nitrous motor?

For the money I would go with a victor over that head.

This head was not created to compete with a victor,it was designed to take advantage of stock valve angle weight breaks and stock valve angle classes.... Although that head on a max effort deal will be really really close to the victor

David I understand but I don't think you will be able to run that head with the regular 20* stuff. Hell the intake runners are as high as my Neal heads! Lol.

And that's exactly the reason to run it. 20* setups get 100 to sometimes 200lb weight breaks over 15* SBF stuff. So why not run it if you can make close to 15* power AND get a weight break at that??

I think the valve locations are the same as the regular track 1 and same with the plug location...only difference is the raised intake runners really.

It is the baddest 20 degree head out right now, but unless there is a nice weight break, i agree on victors also. You will have about the same money tied up in them as the vic sr's. Again it all goes back to what you want, and if class racing. I have been waiting for a rr 20 degree head to come out for awhile now!

just wait until someone goes really fast with this head, and then they will put a penalty on any RR head. yes, its about time someone came out with this deal. its like the RR 23* Chevy heads that have been around for a while.

how does this head compare to the 7721 on maximum roof height? what about floor height? how about maximum width past the pushrod area?

You mean to tell me a TFS r head carries weight and this head does not! Something is not adding up here.

Just because they are 20* doesn't mean they all use the same pistons. These heads are real close to highport valve location but check it. I'm sure these heads work great N/A Kuntz told me he could make 1000hp. They are pricey even bought bare. I'm boosted with highports i just didn't see an advantage for the price. If i spend the money it will be SC1

Is this head even in production yet? There aren't any results yet I'm sure. imo, why not change that horrid plug location since your already raising the intake runners.

im sure there will be a weight break on these but not very much.
