What does that mean Matters the radial is a better tire than the 29x10.5 anyway!

That is because Fiscus made the ladder before alternates were placed. He got on because of DQ's. After DQ's, ladder is made. Then alternates are placed.

At the point this was posted, which says Final results, Fiscus was in and Major was not. So at that point the ladder was set. Then Major got got placed after that. You'd have to ask them for the official word but that's how I read it.
