A lot of companies make a 302 main big stroke crank. I think Lunati stocks 3.625 stroke cranks. I have seen as big as a 3.900 stroke with 302 mains, now how strong it was is another story.

As Tim said you have to be careful with alot of stroke on a 302 main size... You pull the rod journal that far away from the mains and you lose strength..... I built a 8.7 deck engine that held the NMRA RENEGADE record and is still holds the fastest pass by a pushrod engine in that class ... It was a 3.470 stroke engine with a pendulum cut eagle crank that ran 8.315 at 164 mph on a single kit. if I was going to build a big 8.7 deck I would do a 4.155+ bore and a 3.5 stroke.

The center counterweighted 302 main cranks have NO ISSUES @ 10,000 RPM
