Well I've just finished setting it up and it's running. The initial testing will be on the street but I hope to get to the track this year depending on transmission upgrades.......

It idles smoother, revs cleaner and crisper than the old carb but that could be just that I set the floats and idle mixture screws with more enthusiasm!

Thanks for all the compliments. The way it looks and will run is down to Randy and the guys at the Carb Shop. He says this is their latest updated version.

Feels like a Swiss watch in operation....! So far I'm kind of glad I went with leafs springs and a carb....and kept it semi retro...LOL!

Thanks Mark, but the camera lies plenty. My car is not a show car by any means. It's actually a beater in disguise..I just can't justify decent bodywork before the mechanics....LOL!!!
