Default Was at a po-dunk track in eastern Ok. lastnight

And they called the first class up which was no-e, walked up to the lanes & there was a ton of cars running low to mid 6's in the 1/8 mile & probably 95% off the guys were not even wearing fire jackets, most were in short sleave shirts & shorts, a bunch had tank tops & shorts.... Phucking crazy!!! Same shit with Super Pro, we were in the Small Tire Class & all of our guys had all the safety equipment, anybody else see this at the places you race?

None of the tracks around here require any safety gear when bracket racing (other than a helmet).

I have seen a man burn to death, not in a car we was on a construction job & a man was welding & the floor above got a 5 gallon bucket of mineral spirits turned over some how, can still see the skin dripping off of his face & see him screaming, it seemed like it took us 15 minutes to get him put out, took 10 or 12 fire bottles to get him put out, he was dead on the scene......

I've raced at Sallisaw since it was open, never has been any tech or safty inspections. You would think racers would value their lives a little more and take it upon themselves to have the necessary safty equipment.

I won small tire and bought me a new spitoon!

we have several tracks some are pretty strict on rules and some are laid back. The one I go to is laid back and I always have a much better time there
