Default Anyone used Mickey Williams Oil Pans ???

Just wondering if anyone has ever used Mickey Williams Performance . I had ordered a custom oil pan and I waiting an UNUSUALLY long time for the oil pan. We agreed on a date that he set....so far they have missed it by 6 weeks !

Did tons of stuff with him when I worked for Lukovich years ago. Mickey's quality is second to none. customer service...not so good.(I think he is a relitively small operation) His stuff always seemed ahead of the jeff johnson/moroso pro stuff.(innovation wise with scrapers, screens and doors) His valve covers and pans have the best looking welds of anything I have ever seen. The parts lay flat on stone out of the box, how about that! Price is good, lead time sucks. good luck I hope he sends them to you soon.

See this entire deal started back in December. I called on the 12th and said Mikey....I know how this works...I want my name in the slot ! He said No Problem....when do you need it by ? He said it would be great it you could wait until the 15th of Jan. he would have it by then. I called every now and then checking on things...I have heard every excuse in the book. Water pipes broken....just covered up....ect. At one point I told him we are done, you are taking too long, send me my stuff back, I need to get my stuff back together. Then he said I was going to be getting my stuff out on Friday. That was last Friday...still no calls no nothing. This shit just pisses me off to no end. Its either you can do the work or you can't . He told me a price, I said OK....whats the problem ???? I bet the prostockers jumped in front of me ! Bigger name.... go figure.

Mickey's shop is in the town next to me. He is a small shop and when its NHRA season he gets real busy. Most of the top fuel teams use his oil pan's. His work and design are second to none.

William's pans are very good, but he does tend to get behind at times. Have used his stuff for years. He will get it done for you. Be patient with him. He is a small shop.

Mickey's products are the best! I use his stuff in all my engines...if he is late & your nice guy on the phone he will make it up to you. Little Discount or in shipping option ones the part is done.

I have a friend that has been waiting on a set of covers that have been paid for over a year ago. But as everyone said his work is great as I have a set they are A-1 but I would of been up set over that kind of wait.

From what I can gather, his bread and butter is prostock and top fuel teams. Why he even answers the phone and takes public orders is beyond me. I firmly believe he is a "closed shop".
