Default scum bag in NJ need some help

Ok guys I have a live one. A partner of mine was just burned for 5k by some guy located in PA. I need some help. Come on YB help a fellow member out. Here is the actual information for the scammer

Mike Morris
Address:
104 Chestnut St
Philadelphia, PA 19106
United States

This is the address that the western union money was sent in care of.. that means that this MIKE MORRIS guy had to show ID in order to retrieve the money. This guy posted the car on ebay , he then received a email from my partner and he ended the auction. Then he said he wanted to sell the car through ebay so he sent an ebay request for funds and it all looks legit. It has the Ebay logo. And everything. The guy goes by Dan Stern and needless to say it was all a scam. So for any of you PIís out on that side of the world please help run this POS down.

Here are some pictures of the car in one of the pics I can almost see the LP and that would be awesome if I could get that he also gave a vin but I donít know if that is good or not.

Here are the pics

I have lived in Phila. all my life. I also own a 70 Mach1 and know a lot of Mustang guys. I've never seen the car before. 104 Chestnut st. is downtown Phila. It's all office buildings. Here a search on the address. Good luck. Ray

Well, at this point it's not about the money. I would just like to find the guy.

It's probably not even his car. They steal other pictures and post phony ads. Seen it plenty of times. When the price is too cheap beware.

Red face Re: scum bag in NJ need some help

This happeneds all the time now. I look at it an say "how could anyone fall for that" . Obviously there are some that still believe you can get a perfect "barn find" car for cheap $$$. Hell I even bid some of them when things are slow here to keep me amused. I have been high bidder on Hemi cars as well as a few Boss 429s. Amazing they are not in the country BUT will ship it to ya free

GOOD LUCK finding the guy

best bet is to get the ID info from WU case chances are that name is fake, maybe an ID pic will help with locals.

Let us know where in NJ, maybe someone knows of the car, but I am seriously doubting it. Like mentioned previously, someone could have simply snapped some pictures of a nice car and then tried to sell it. Bad situation for your friend.
