Default Turbo recommendations

I`ve got a 408w 8.25 comp 225highports using a th400. race/street setup I`ve already purchased a precision x275 cea journal bearing, thats been sitting in a box for 2 years waiting to get put on. I`m finishing my "project" car out and the builder suggest we switch turbos. suggestions were precision 8891 or a pro mod. Need some thoughts, hot side was already setup for the x275.
