Default PSCA Outlaw rules

It states for turbo cars max cubic inch is 550 and blower cars the rules state 456" and up. Can you run more than 550 inches with twin 91's? Weight penalty?

Can anyone help. I phoned and email Mel with no response.

From PSCA site:

All 501ci-550ci / Twin Turbocharged (88.01 - 91mm MAX ea) / 2900

Big Block 456ci & up / Single Centrifugal Supercharged / 2800

I have read the rules page, but was curoius why it says nothing about 550" or more. Does this mean you can't run larger than 550" with twins??
