Default Homemade Bump steer gauge plans

Do's anybody know where I can find somehwere on the Net with plans on how to make a Homemade Bump steer gauge? It seems to me like I found them somewhere one time but I can't seem to find them anymore.

The name of the book is "Mustang Performance Handbook 2". In it they have the instructions on how to build one. Do's anybody have it?
