Default Racefab SS/AH '68 Hemi Cuda build

Steve Gurley (jrfuel32 on YB) at Racefab in Memphis, TN has got a cool car in the shop right now. It's a '68 Hemi Cuda being built for NHRA Super Stock.

Here are some early pics, I'll post more as the car progresses.

That's it for now, I'll try to get an exterior shot next time.

That's the newest trick in Super Stock - Not specified in the NHRA rule book that it is illegal anyway.

I like how well hidden the front post down bars are hidden. Nice work

I've observed the Westcott's SS/AH's being built and was astonished at how much the front half needs to be "moved" to accomodate the Hemi and to make the things run straight -- keep us up to date with pics.

Was the start a donor car or a real one? Nice chassis work and please keep us updated.

It's just laying on the jig. Or was the motor going to be mounted in the trunk, I can't remember?

Thanks for the compliments. I have done work for Jeff (Swanson) for 6 or 7 years now. He has always been a class act. We are just getting started good on the Cuda and are very excited about doing it. It is a legal SS/AH 25.5 chassis. We do everything in house.
