Evolution Performance 7 Second GT 500

Not sure if this is a repost but was digging around and found this video. Evolution Performance does some bad ass work on mustangs and have the first 7 second pass in a new GT 500.

Yea, that thing makes big power, but big tire and tubbed does kill as stated. Still won't buy anything from them!

In my opinion if it doesn't have a blower its not a GT500, its just another Mustang with turbos, and plenty have been in the 7's, even 6's on much smaller tires.

Cutting up a new $50K car to make a race car doesn't make you a hero.

They shouldnt have tubbed it looks like shit,I would like to have a GT500 w/ twins though.

It's just what I seen on other forums for gt500's, they think they are the know it all and the only ones that can make a gt500 go fast. I just assume not deal with them, their prices are always higher then other places also.

Ahh gotcha. I honestly don't know much about them. So I guess if I need my mustang worked don't go there lol.

it was a ins buyback car that got chopped up for that. nelson is still a idiot that has NO clue how to stage a turbo car. also has no clue how to set a SS car up so im 99% sure thats why they backhalved the car. they got their heads so far up their asses it aint even funny

Alot of guys take their gt500's there, sure they are pretty fast but they pay out the ass also. I like working on my own stuff not take it to some shop and pay them to make it fast.

I know they have one gt500 in their shop for like 8-9 months trying to make the custom fab twin turbo setup work, the guy spent like 40k on it and it makes 800rwhp, suppose to be upwards of 1400rwhp. His old KB setup made 800rwhp, so he gained nothing so far and spent 40k. But this is stuff you won't hear at other sites cause Evolution makes sure those post disappear at other sites cause they are sponsors, not so much here!

lol the funniest part about them is that they have a dyno and cant tune for shit. they have lund tune for them iirc
