Axle width is 1 5/8 and requires a 3/8 shoulder bolt, don't you need a couple pairs of these.

Yes sorry no bearings I have looked at several other's and they don't have bearings,,, and a friend of mine has a diffrent type that don't have bearings and they were a couple years old and I couldn't see any wear issues, I was considering it, but I was trying to keep the cost down...

Yep they are the only Billet wheel with bearings and there also $300
