We are going out tonigh to try and be the first in the 9's wit the new E-Force Supercharger from Edelbrock..

Hopefully we get some decent weather instead of 100*+ and 60% Humidity.

The Edelbrock supercharger setup sure looks like a nicely designed factory looking piece.

(not a paid commercial endorsement, i paid full price for my Edelbrock heads, intake and water pump)

what eles is done to the car and motor for those numbers?

It a Built 298 Stoker Motor with P&P heads and cams. The Trans is stock, with a PI 2200 Converter, Suspension consists of lower control arms out back and some QA1 Shocks. Stock K-Member and 4.10 gears with Moser Axles.

The Old Stock Motor went a Best of 10.18, but never could back it up. We ran it here one night when the weather got great and DA was around -500 BSL.

It would run consistent 10.60's all day though.

NOT SO JDM last here ran the Yellow SALEEN N/A and it ran in the 11's ......... They just needed a donor for the Edelbrock E-Force supercharger and Jim III wanted to go faster. Jim III's car will run well in the 9's and he will be able to drive it to and from the track (w/AC/PW and crankin his tunes) getting 23mpg ........ Ya can't beat that
