Anybody had any luck with these or know of anyone using these?
Wondering how they would compare to the MT dr's on a "stock" suspension, mid-5 second setup. |

They are decent, but I don't think they are as consistent as the M/T's.

I'm not sure about the consistency but the Hoosier's hooked better over the M/T's....

I have not tried the Mickey's, I have a set of 325-40-18 M&H DR's, cut a 1.51 60ft and ran 9.50 at 150 on those. Spinning
Bolted on the Hoosier 325-50-15 DR's and went a best of 1.33 60ft and 8.84 with a 5.63 at 127 in the 1/8th. As seen here.

We've actually done a run after run test of the Hoosier 275 60 and the MT 275 60 on Eric Kenwards Radial Malibu wagon down at Immokalee during the last race there a month ago. 1st run on the MT 275 60's and it spun, he pedaled it and went 5.5x in the 1/8 with a 1.36 60 ft. Didn't change a thing and swapped on the Hoosiers and he went 5.4x in the 1/8 with a 1.29 60 ft. (about 30 minutes after his previous run, so all things were constant), had to pedal briefly but the Hoosiers recovered much better than the MT's. Conclusion... I think the Hoosiers are better on a marginal track surface where I think the MT's might be better on a top notch well prepped track surface. Also... the Hoosiers are about 9 lbs. per tire lighter than the Mickey. Not sure on life of the tire yet, right now we've got about 15 runs on the Hoosiers and they're holding up fine.

I run 315's and seem to work for me, 1.21 60' on a 3450 pound car, they are lighter but don't last as long as Mickey's

Back to back testing on a hot track with lots of sun.... M/T's were night and day better for me.
