yea but you can spend 200g's on a lambo and only go 12's
i think this has got to be the fastest production car for that price. the Z06 doesnt even go that fast...

The Z06 is done right !! 427 sbc LS7 motor....... cubes the old fashioned way, mixed with new technology. I know they're running somewhere around mid 120's with a decent driver off the factory floor..... rated at 505 HP, but with some tweeking, can make 550+ without removing the valve covers. I think with a cam upgrade and touching up the heads, they are hitting 130+ mph......

70k car or thereabouts, but you can get them used with less than 10k miles, for considerably less. On the barret-jackson auction, a new one with 200 miles on it, but was the 07 model sold for 50k..... In my opinion, nobody can say Chevrolet didn't do something right, the Z06 is proof positive.

The new Corvette ZR-1 is even faster, it uses the standard LS3 motor which I think is right around 377 cubic inch motor but they add a supercharger..... idles like your mothers car, but makes over 600 hp and runs over 130 off the factory floor. With some tweeking with the supercharger, I imagine that'll be hitting 140+ mph before too long...... yet still be a grocery getter. But, the ZR-1 is a bit more pricey at a little over 100k.

Stupid shit like turning off the traction control (factory switch on the IP) and launching the car hard will VOID your warranty . . . . .

If you want to sell a race car with no warranty, just say so, but don't sell the car with a warranty and then lawyer your way out of backing up your product.

From what I have read the gtr starts at 70k and the mid 11 version is almost 100k.

exactly my feelings about this over priced pile of shit. I've read many complaints about warranties being VOIDED. It just doesn't make sense to put a switch in a car you can't essentially take advantage of.
