If he'd lose the arm drop and let racers hit the lights, I think it would be a better show. Sooner or later, somebody's gonna break an axle and turn the asshole into a greasy spot on the track. I've seen more than one car cross into the other lane at about the spot he stands.
Of course, using lights like EVERY TRACK ACROSS THE COUNTRY would mean there would be absolutely no reason to have the prick around...hey, maybe I'm onto something here!
