Default NOVI 2000 on a 351 W

Anyone running a Novi 2000 on your 351's? Can you give some car and motor specs?

How much difference would you think a novi would be compared to a YSI or F1? All A/A intercooled blow thru.

I had a pass side on my 347 at 20lbs it made 650 at a liitle over 6k

The Ysi is a bigger blower that has good air temp and is more efficient.
The f-1 is a bigger blower that is less efficient and needs an intercooler for sure

I ran a cogged passenger side setup for a long time with no intercooler at all. It made a ton of power, but I had a lot of trouble keeping the belts alive. I converted it to a 50mm setup and it seemed to do better. They are good blowers, virtually bulletproof, and very quiet.

They are a great street blower with a 351, torquey as all hell. They work very well till this day, I ran one on a 302/331 for a while non intercooled, both serp + cog and loved it, went a best of 6.0 on the 8rib in the 1/8th. I also had the belt problem with the small 35mm cog and no crank brace then went mondo trim. I am getting ready to put that same blower on a customers 393 stroker for his street/strip stang, and have numerous 302 based guys using them very happily. I am getting ready to bolt a self contained novi1500 on a 73 mach1 H/C/I 351, ill let you know how it compares to a novi2K within the next wk or 2.
