Converter clearance

Just got my converter back from a well known company and they added .250 on the bolt pads. I was using a .233 spacer after pulling the converter towards the flexplate .125 before this change. I now only have .100 with no spacer pulled towards the flexplate. Is .100 clearance enough not to tear up stuff?

.100" between the converter bottomed out in the trans and the converter mounting pads resting against the flexplate is acceptable. Be sure that the converter pilot enters the crankshaft pilot bore at least .100" after the chamfer. This means with the converter bottomed out on the trans the pilot should already be in the bore at least as far as the chamfer.
