I am waiting for my new WELD wheels and Hoosier 275's to come in that I ordered from Automotion Race Cars in Indy ! As long as I have rules a few weeks before the first race, I am good to go.

do you think they will post the rules in febuary for this race ?

it is going to take some time to get these cars adjusted to fit the rules and pass tech for the first race .

I raced at indy a few years ago and it took several hours just to get through tech .. for the racers who have not been through tech there, it is a lot harder than anywhere I have ever raced. they checked everything from the front bumper to the rear one . mine passed everything on the chassis but the simpson hemet I had was not current enough  . so I had to borrow one just to get through tech and recieve a staging lane ticket. I saw several racers that could not pass tech that day and had to go home. here are some examples of what they failed on ... they had out of date belts , chassis's .
the biggest problems some of the guys I talked to in line had...were licenses that had expired or they did not even have one for the ET they were going to run that day .
be sure you guys are up to date for all the NHRA requirements for your ET and class .

Seriously? If anyone fails for any of those things, they should be permanently banned from racing for being idiots.

You just described the 4 most obvious, know by everyone rules, that even the most lax of tracks techs for - except tracks that don't actually tech anything.
