Well I just heard today my health insurance is going up from $430.00 to $810.00 a month so I went to healthcare.gov and what do you know I don't qualify because I make to much money. What is interesting my plan is a hundred dollars cheaper than buying insurance on my own looks like the government and insurance companies got this all figured out.

It is written in the Law that even the grandfathered in policies would only go so long before they would go away in 2016 after His term was up. All current Health Ins. policies have to terminate for ACA (Obama Care) to work according to their numbers but they are so far off since they have no clue what they are doing since none of This Administration and those who put forth ACA have ever ran a Business to understand real world numbers and how to make something work. The ACA was never intended to work but was to be a step towards Single payer, they need Health Ins. Companies to fail for the Government to come in and take total control and make a Single payer run Heath care.

The only offset for getting fucked on Obamacare is listening to Liberals and people who voted for him find out that there's no free lunch, and they're getting fucked as hard as us.
"Welcome to the Democrat party, you dumb fuck. I told you this would happen, so suck it."

When are the people going to unite. What does the declaration of independence say. The government was created for the people by the people . At anytime we see the government is unfit it is the people's right to take down that government . Here I am patiently waiting for the day, for not only the people but the government to remember this.

The government lets the illegal bean flingers and camel scrubbers and any other breathing human lookalike that'll work for peanuts in this beautiful country to maintain diversity. As long as the government keeps the diversity alive and well we're fucked.

Then you have this dim wit Pelosi (and anyone else that supports that worthless mf'er in the WH). Predicted 2.3M job killer .......

Just like Obamacare...people are not signing up, you have more on medicare than supporting this BS law and then there's the insurance bail out bill built in to Obamacare. So get ready, costs are going up again and bail out (OUR TAX DOLLARS) money will be GIVEN to insurance companies. Were fucked as usual!!

It was stated on news this morning that the insurance companies know this will cost them billions and their profits will be hurt so Odipshit is wanting to change the law again so the Gov. will pay the insurance companies their losses.

Unbelievable what we have become.

Under the ACA Insurance Companys must pay out 80% of their premiums on health care.
The remaining 20% includes administrative costs, salary's, bonuses and profit.
By 2019 that figure must be reduced to 11%.

In case you were not aware, heath ins. doubled in cost between 1998 and 2010

The Law

  • If a patient requests care at a hospital that offers emergency services, the EMTALA requires that the patient be screened for signs of an emergency medical condition by a qualified medical professional. Under the EMTALA, an emergency condition is defined as any condition that imperils the health and safety of an individual or could result in the impairment of a body part or body function if not treated in a timely manner. Conditions specifically covered by the law include undiagnosed acute pain, psychiatric symptoms, pregnancy with contractions and signs of substance abuse. The EMTALA prohibits a hospital from transferring a patient suffering from an emergency condition until he is stabilized unless transfer to a better-equipped facility is necessary.

I think it's important that people who are benefiting from the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) make sure they make their voices heard so that the GOP is dissuaded from attempting to repeal or weaken the law, which would have meaningful consequences for these people who need it.

At the same time, those who feel they're getting screwed over should speak up as well so that if enough people do so, the government has no choice but to address the legitimate concerns of these folks. No law is going to be perfect and it's the responsibility of our elected leaders to work together to fix all the problems as opposed to just going back to the pre-ACA days.

My mom was never able to afford healthcare in her life and so the last time she needed to go to the hospital she was laden with a $28,000 bill. She did not have that kind of money and so she had no choice but to take out a high interest bank loan to pay it off. Other less lucky people would not have qualified for such a loan and so the hospital would have had to find a way to recuperate the costs which would have been passed down to other patients.

And so now with ACA, she finally has affordable coverage. With this law, we now have the government and thus the tax payers help pay a percentage of the monthly premiums for the people not well off. But with the mandate, you should have costs to the tax payer come down as time goes on as more and more people finally get insured. And those finding themselves having to pay more under this law will see their premiums come down in the future. Which is why it's important that everyone get insured for this to happen.

I still think most of you are missing the whole idea of OsamaCare. It is not about healthcare it is all about getting into your bank accounts and controlling your life, it is about Big Government taking over another 35% of the Gross National Product. It is about making us slaves to Osama and the Socialist Republic.
Think about it for a minute. Do you think there is anything good that can come from increasing the IRS and giving them full access to your bank account?
Do you think there is anything good that can come from giving our Government more power and money? Hello! Earth to Fucking Idiots! Hello!
