i was wondering the same thing myself, im guessing the pro would be a little faster but the bias will always be better from a bracket/index consistency viewpoint. Would love to hear others input on this???
I'm guessing you'll have better consistency with the slick, being that most bracket races are not on radial prepped tracks. The 275 is obviously a bad mofo, but it is a bad mofo on a track that is prepped for it.
Thanks, The blue Mustang that you can see the front fender of in the pic has mt 275-60s on it now and its very inconsistent. Its been 1.45 foot braking, but thats just every now an then. I think i will try the qtp.
we get half the tire use outta the pros and other dr's at 1.30's then they start to act up even on cecils radial prep. with the wheels up they slip like the compound is going away or it has too much air .
if i lower them they wad on the hit and will chatter .
