Can someone Please explain to me what a 34.5x16 tire has to do with Limited Street??? Limited Street has always been a 29.5x10.5 non W and in the last few years the 315 Drag Radial was added. To let the 34.5x16 tire in this class is ridiculous!!! 150lbs for BARS??? What a joke!!! Count me the hell out!!!

Looks like l/s has an opening for just about any car that would want to race" big tires vs small tires bars no bars multiple power adders " If you say you wanted to race these rules let in tons of combo's if your not there you are flat out scared.
I like the idea of giving everyone a chance to race and leaving room to tweak the rules as needed for combos ,I wil be spreading the word and I know there will be cars from illinois coming!

Well - it excludes full chassis cars (me). But other than chassis cars, seems like you've got a place to race. I might try to add some weight and do high gear only passes to slow it down for the 9.0 index class. I made one pass this year like that and ran 8.900. A little weight or a little timing taken out and I might be able to slow down some more. It's certainly worth a try.

Overall - very nice job in my opinion.

But it's allowed in True Street, where 4-links aren't, but it isn't allowed in Limited Street where 4-link are allowed???

That just doesn't make sense. Not arguing, I just think that was an over site. I'm sure the rules will still need tweaked a bit. No one nails them the first time out.

The only question I have is this is 1/8th mile racing why does a turbo weigh 100 more than a supercharged car? Has anyone looked at the 1/8th mile E.T. of a turbo car and compare it to the supercharged cars in NHRA? Everything else looks good.

I do agree with Bill on this one. Pro Mod Turbo cars really never ran well to the 1/8. If it was me making the rules I would make them the same and adjust if needed down the road.

The only other rule I see is in Limited Street / 315 Radial / 10.5 that I question.
Why would their only be a 50lb weight savings between a single turbo and a twin turbo set-up. I think 100 would be best but this would be splitting hairs.

Great job on getting it out for everyone to see and now I just hope the racers support the event's. Over time this could be a really great program.

I'm excited to be able to race somewhere that I don't have a 5 hour ride to get to and also can go and watch some great Outlaw stuff close to my house. Maybe this will help bring some more of these style cars to the mid west and help Outlaw Racing grow.

See yah in April,

does anyone have any 10in dragelites with 3.5 backspacing, looks like I need to switch to a 275 radial.

They work well on a 12 inch wheel
