Default Driver Ear Buds

Anyone have experience with the ear buds that have the radio receivers inside? Ever since I got my new helmet I'm having trouble hearing my crew guy. My current set of ear plugs doesn't have the receivers and I think the new padding of the helmet is just too thick. Any help is appreciated!

I had a set of the standard foam Racing Electronics plugs I ran for a season. They worked as far as sound goes, but were painful after putting them in and out several times a day. I upgraded to the molded plugs for 2016 from RE while they were at PRI and it's a world of difference. Sound quality is better, but more importantly, are much more comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

The molded ones are definitely better which is what I have but without the receiver. Thanks for the info, I'll check out RE.

I have the Nitro Speakers from RH2, they work great, hear the crew loud and clear and are very comfortable.

X2!! Standard ones hurt like hell. I got molded ones done at PRI from RE, no more pain and I can hear great.
