Default what rpm difference will i see from 410 gear to 373

i have 410 gears in my car now and its going threw at close to 8000. want to switch to 373s. any idea what that would pull rpm down to? thanks for any info

We need to know what size tire you are running to figure it out.

it will drop about 700 rpm

If you assume it will run the same MPH and the converter will lock the same then
[8000/4.10] * 3.73 = 7278 rpm
[8000/4.10] * 3.90 = 7609 rpm

I'm planning on swapping my 4.10's for 3.73's also. I'm thinking I'll be able to turn the nitrous on sooner, and some time in the relatively near future, have Steve hook me up with two annular IS foggers and actually leave on a small shot and turn another one on asap.
