Convertor is much more forgiving in mud racing. There are a few pros and cons to either or. If your going to do back to back runs then a convertor is better. If you are a big nitrous or blown rail looking for the best times a clutch might be better but only if you know how to set it up and how it works. Personally I like a convertor. Very repeatable with no adjusting. Too much maintanence on these cars to think ofadding another.
