Default 408 ls engine cam ideas

Looking for cam ideas for this combo
Heres the combo
4.030 bore 6.0 liter ls block studded mains ,heads
4.0 stroke callies crank callies h beam rods
wiseco dome piston 14.0 compression
043-043-3mm low tension backut ring package
GZ motorsports vacuum pump -12" or so for wet sump?
Autokraft pan with modified full lenght factory tray
need to be at or under 700 lift w 1.8 shaft rockers
prefer solid roller
13.5 degree ls based 245cc runner tfs heads - cnc ported by TEA -and gone over a little by hand
these flow 340-275CFM at 650" lift ," lift or so
hollow stem 2.100 intake valve -stainless 1.6 exhaust
mildly ported ls based supervictor intake with plenum and runner entry work
bigs billet `1000hp based carb on top of 1 in 4 hole super sucker, 1-7/8 headers 3-1/2 in bullets

What kind of rpm range do you want? What kind of trans are you using? What are your valve spring specs that you currently have? If you do not have springs already, why the .700" lift requirement?

620 open
coil bind 1.080
1.850 install
rpm is 7500-8000

As long as he keeps it under 9,000rpm.

The higher the rocker ratio, the less spring rate you need for a given valve motion.

Why ???

That's real close to what we ran in the old Hooter's Cup engines, with the most aggressive cams you could imagine.

my pick would be 35 60/70 35 at 50
275 / 285 at 50
102.5 / 107.5 cl
70 degs over lap at 50
249 psi static at 2000 ft
105 lsa
