Default Belt issue on SBF 73t crank and 46T upper

Anyone else have this problem? My charts show this should work....but there is too much slack in the belt when I adjust the tensioner all the way? 1512 belt....

You will probably need the 1584 with the larger diameter idler pulley

Check that you have the tensioner block (the rectangular block the tensioner bolts to which can be flipped so the dowel and tensioner "axle' bolt can either be up or down) flipped the correct way for enough travel. If so you may need to go to a larger idler pulley.

Yea...flipped the block and still cant get it tight. How big is the larger idler pulley? Who has them...and what diameter is the larger one?

Thanks
