what does the car weigh?

no doubt it should rev over 7k....even with that cam, thats a big head on a small engine.

If you decide to go with the Vic Jr, I have a Vic Jr, ported by Wilson's, the port work is really nice. It also has an complete Induction Solutions Fogger set-up on it. It's a killer intake and it's powder coated black.

PM me, if your interseted, I can send you some pics...

Vic Jr all the way! Unless your gonna spin it to 8k the Super Vic would be a bad choice IMO. Hell I have a ported Vic Jr on my n/a 331 see sig.

Way back when I used a Weiand X-Cellerator. I hand ported it and it was the best intake I ran on my 302. This was with the FRPP z-303 cam, 11:1 compression.

I'm running a parker on my 347. Tryed an rpm and the car slowed 2 tenths. I shift between 6k and 6700 depending what the dial-in is. My combo makes its best power at 7400 but it is a cast crank deal. It runs 10.80's-10.90's at 2500 actual elevation 2700 race weight
