Default Powerglide or TH400 transmission

here it is 3000lbs car 10.5 tire 632 engine 3 stages nos two carbs sheetmetal intake.we run 1/8 mile tracks.what would be the best transmission powerglide or th400 and what gear ratios would be best.rear gear is a 4:10 9inch.

I run a T400 behind my bbc, Everybody tells me It would e.t. better with a glide. Too much expense to change it now. Just my .02

Glide or a 2spd T400 for the 1/8 mile.

if its a 33x10.5 a 2.10 t400 or a 1.80 glide...
