Default X275 Information for Saturday.

The purse has been adjusted for X275 based on the pre pay count. We did not have 17 pre pays for X275 as was originally presented to the track. Based on the pre pays we have the purse will be based on the following break down.

10-12 entries:
Win $500
R/U $150
Semi $50

13-16 entries:
Win $600
R/U $200
Semi $50

17-22 entries:
Win $800
R/U $200
Semi $50

23 entries and up:
Win $1,000
R/U $300
Semi $50
1/4 $25

At this point we have 10 pre pays (but waiting on 2 phone calls back to verify all 10 are still in with it changing from what they thought would be 17 pre pays).

Saturday (July 30th) gates open at 4pm. We do have a GM event during the day so you can come in earlier and park and set up. There will be no testing during the day for Saturday Shootout cars unless you are paying to race in a GM class.

Fingers crossed for great weather and a great night of racing!

Spoke with the track today and was told there is only 2 qualifiers. That was for OLS but imagine it the same for both classes. I think 2 is kinda shitty personally but hey it is what it is.

Spoke to Jeff today to get the details down for all of you...

This is the plan but as we know in racing it's depends on a lot of factors that day...

Qualifying will start at 5pm.

OLS and X275 will get 3 qualifying passes.

Index classes will get 2 qualifying passes.

Wild Street is the only class that night that will have buy backs.

As I mentioned in an earlier post the day race is a GM event and there is no testing. You can buy into a GM class if you are GM powered or Bodied...BUT there is also a Nostalgia class that anyone with a car 1981 or older can run in. So if you are not a GM and your car is 81 or older you can run in that class if you need to test. Nostalgia class is $35 to enter.
