As long as the finance lords are controlling the stings, the cycles of good times and bad times will continue as long as the monetary policy is manipulated.

This country's crushing debt started a number of decades ago. And it will take a couple decades to put that tiger back in the box in order not to place too much of a restriction on GDP growth. Both parties are drunk on the debt spending boondoggle and here we are.

From where I'm sitting, our gov't - AND I DON'T CARE WHICH PARTY HAS CONTROL AS BOTH PARTIES ARE EQUALLY CORRUPT AND CONTEMPTIBLE - has got to start paying for all of it's obligations as well as cut out all wasteful spending. Something neither party has shown the willingness to do.
