Default Cool animation of the M1911 in action

I'm sure many have seen this, but it was new to me. While reading up on the different 1911 manufacturers out there, I ran across this well-done animation of the 1911 in action.

If you click the grey/yellow "Split" icons in the left-hand column of the menu, each moving piece becomes visible.

Nothing like a good 1911... How can you go wrong?

Thanks, Carl. I just wish I had enough money to indulge my fantasies. I'd love to have a couple of Wilson, Nighthawk, Volkmann, etc. So many ways to customize them that each is a work of art.

Next life I'm coming back rich...

As most of you prob already know.. During WWII Colt subed out Mfg of the 1911 to several differant manufacturers .. I stumbled across a Springfield with the armory marks and all pieces original except the barrel bushing.. the guy I bought it from thought it was a Throw-together "parts" gun.. I paid $500.00 for it.. it is a really nice survivor and shoots great..
I wish it was a Singer or Allied Signal.. but still pretty rare..

Cool Animation Sean!!
